Ancient Lakes, Columbia Valley GRAPE VARIETY Chardonnay SOIL Wind-blown sand, clay, silt and rock All vines are sustainably farmed and planted on original rootstock. Whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel at roughly between 55 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Left on lees for 7 months with stirring every 2 weeks for the month for the last 5 months. Matured in stainless steel and 20% new French oak for about 9 months prior to bottling.
