Intense red. Kirsch and spices nose. Fleshy mouth, ripe stone fruits aromas like cherry, and peach hints. Lots of volume, presence of tannins but well balanced. Will match with personnality with a game terrine, lamb fillet with spices, veal kidney with Porto sauce, peppery wild pig leg, or red wine pears.
This ripe, full wine has tannins and rich berry flavors. Dense texture and concentration partner with acidity and a fresher aftertaste.
