On the palate, you will be surprised by how round this wine is; as it's blended with the perfect amount of Sémillon we are able to reach perfect equilibrium. This wine is great alone or to accompany seafood. The wine is ready to drink right after bottling, and will be best in the year or two after bottling. Best enjoyed chilled.
