Henry's Drive Shiraz Cabernet 2019

The majority of the fruit sourced for this wine is grown in red loam over limestone in Padthaway. Harvested in mid-March, initial fermentation is on skins for approx. 2 weeks before undergoing malolactic fermentation in French oak maturing for sixteen months in a combination of new and one-to- three-year-old puncheons and hogsheads.
