El Gran Jubileo Reposado is aged in American White Oak barrels for 10 months. Only the finest new American oak is ever in contact with the product. The use of new barrels ensures that the produce remains true to its heritage and preserves the underlying essences of the blue agave. The initial taste is of spice and strong agave. The hints of oak detected on the nose are present in the taste along with very mild vanilla and cinnamon.
