The 2021 Chablis Terroirs de Chablis has a silvery glint in the glass. The nose is quite intense, well-defined with bright green apple and crushed rock aromas, gaining intensity in the glass. The palate is clean and fresh with fine acidity, quite austere on the entry but delivers attractive light white peach and clementine notes towards the finish.
